1. What this site is

This site is an informational page where you can join a waitlist for an upcoming product and educational content focused on AI for video and image creators. No purchase is being made and no product is being sold on this page.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any obligation on either side.
We may, but are not required to, offer early access, discounts or bonus content to people on the waitlist. The exact benefits, timing and pricing are at our discretion and may change.
We may remove you from the waitlist at any time for abuse, spam, or violations of these Terms.

3. Communications

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive emails from us related to PON AI. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to [email protected].

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, code, logos and graphics — is owned by PON AI or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or republish it without our written permission, except for normal personal browsing.

Submit false, automated or someone else's email address.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or interfere with the site.
Use the site or any content from it for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PON AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, at this stage, is zero).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
